Introducing our hand-shaped NY-style salt bagels, crafted with passion and love in every bite. These bagels offer a perfect balance of a crisp crust and chewy interior, enhanced by either coarse kosher salt or Maldon Salt, depending on availability.
Coarse kosher salt adds a sharp, savory burst with a satisfying crunch, while Maldon Salt’s delicate pyramid flakes create a refined, subtle finish. Both salts elevate the flavor, making these bagels a delicious classic whether paired with cream cheese, smoked salmon, or enjoyed on their own.
Note: All bagels are now vegan. Egg wash had been used prior to baking for browning. I am now using Barley Malt in the water to achieve a more golden color.
