At 29 Loaves, we strive to provide you with the freshest bagels through convenient and reliable delivery options. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how we manage deliveries and drop-offs.

Delivery

Definition: Delivery refers to bringing your order directly to a specific address, such as your home or business.
Service Area: We currently offer delivery within [specify service area, e.g., 29 Palms, Joshua Tree, and surrounding areas].
Delivery Fees: A delivery fee will be applied to all orders unless previously arranged to meet at a specific location for other reasons.
Delivery Times: We aim to deliver your order within the estimated time frame provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on order volume and weather conditions.
Unsafe Locations: We reserve the right to cancel a delivery to any location deemed unsafe by our driver. This may include poor road conditions or unsafe environmental circumstances. If a delivery is canceled, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.

Drop Off

Definition: Drop off refers to meeting at a predetermined address or specific location to hand off your bagels to you.
Arrangement: Drop off locations and times must be agreed upon in advance. Please contact us to arrange a convenient drop off location.
Drop Off Fees: A fee may apply depending on the drop off location. This will be discussed and agreed upon during the arrangement process.
Responsibility: It is your responsibility to be present at the agreed drop off location and time. We cannot be held responsible for missed drop offs due to your absence.

Shipping via USPS throughout California

Service Availability: We will offer shipping via USPS to addresses within California only.

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees will be calculated on a per need basis, and done offline at this time. DM or email with the size of your expected order and the delivery address.

Shipping Times: Overnight is the only option to ensure our bagels arrive as close to freshly baked as possible. Therefore, shipments are done Monday thru Wednesday only.

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Shipping and Handling Fees: Packing, packing materials, and time to wait in line will be averaged and added to the cost for shipping.
