Order Placement and Cancellation Timeframe

1. Orders placed before 6:00 PM for next day delivery can be cancelled for a full refund if the cancellation request is received before 6:00 PM on the day the order was placed. This allows us to adjust our production schedule accordingly and minimize waste.

2. Orders cancelled after 6:00 PM on the day of placement will not be eligible for a refund. This is because our dough preparation process begins promptly to ensure freshness and quality for each order. We will refund any delivery fees paid for.

Exceptions
